Our EHS commitment

Every Solar Hitech site operates under a formal Environment, Health and Safety framework. These are not checklists — they are the way we work.

Daily fitness checks

Every site worker undergoes daily safety and medical fitness verification before work begins. No exceptions, no waivers.

Mandatory safety gear

Vests, jackets, helmets and harnesses are compulsory on every site. Gear compliance is verified before site entry each day.

Tool-box talks

Mandatory safety briefings and tool-box talk sessions before any high-risk activity. Teams are briefed on the specific hazards of each day’s work.

Safety policy & MSRA

A formal safety policy and Method Statement & Risk Assessment is prepared and reviewed for every project scope before mobilisation.

Dedicated EHS officers

Trained, dedicated EHS officers are present on every project site throughout the installation. Their authority to stop work is absolute.

Pre-work site checks

Full safety inspection of every worksite before crew deployment. Hazards are identified, documented and mitigated before work begins.
